Problem

TNB needed a national system to manage generator connection applications end-to-end for external developers and consultants, replacing manual, fragmented processes.

Intervention

Built and deployed GCMS on a modern Microsoft stack: Blazor / .NET (MAUI 6), SQL Server 2016 R2, hosted on Microsoft Azure with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

Outcome

A live production system (gcms.tnb.com.my) enabling secure staff and external developer/consultant registration, login, and connection management at national utility scale.
