Problem
MCMC is responsible for setting up media and communication compliance and monitoring networks and social media usage of digital content. They were tracking violations using shared, Excel-based workflows before deciding to digitalise it.
Intervention
We built a sophisticated Case Management System used by the Enforcement and Investigation Department alongside Surveillance and Raiding teams to monitor and plan target raids, capture evidence, track case evidence for courts, and manage summons and penalties.
Outcome
A regulator-grade, internal system used widely by the EID to monitor, track, plan, surveil, raid and track evidence for their operations.
