Problem
The Securities Commission monitors compliance for all financial instruments for investments being introduced by financial bodies inside Malaysia. This requires rigorous scrutiny and well formed information submission by the external parties.
Intervention
Built the LOLA framework implementation using a highly secure web application used by all major banks and financial institutions for submission of structured products, private debt securities or mutual funds in Malaysia.
Outcome
A regulator-grade, publicly published platform for all financial institutions to submit their lodge for review and launch campaigns for PDS, SP instruments in Malaysia.
